Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting leadership experience focused on sales and GTM roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership with a history of building, growing, and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Strategic forecasting and data-driven hiring using headcount, pipeline, and capacity data.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the Americas sales hiring strategy using forecasts, pipeline analysis, and capacity planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales recruiters.
• Advise sales leadership on hiring priorities, workforce plans, and recruiting performance.
