Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or business operations.
• Experience documenting or improving business processes and SOPs.
• Experience cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a centralized framework for SOPs, process documentation, playbooks, process maps, and other resources.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, checklists, RACIs, and other tools to drive consistent execution.
• Establish standard templates and methodologies for documenting and improving processes.
• Maintain inventory of critical processes and supporting documentation.
• Conduct audits and consolidate outdated or duplicative materials.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency.
• Partner with process owners to implement new or revised processes and drive adoption.
