Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies that drive growth, scalability, and competitive advantage across Walmart's fulfillment and logistics services portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketplace, and International teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and develop business cases that inform executive decision-making and long-term planning.
• Establish performance metrics, operating mechanisms, and business reviews to measure success and guide strategic priorities.
• Influence organizational alignment, change management, and operating model evolution while developing talent and fostering continuous improvement.
