Job summary

Walmart Connect International is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Effectiveness to lead enablement strategy, onboarding, training, and certification across markets.

You will own the tools and systems roadmap, including CRM and AI adoption, and collaborate with Product, Sales Operations, and Technology to drive scalable improvements. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and delivering practical, locally relevant enablement while standardizing core processes

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the enablement strategy across seller onboarding, ongoing training, and certification.
• Establish curriculum, content-quality standards, readiness criteria, ownership, and refresh cadences.
• Own the seller tools and systems roadmap, including CRM and AI adoption.
• Partner with Product, Sales Operations, and Technology to define requirements and manage rollout.
• Standardize core sales processes and eliminate workflow friction, duplication, and unnecessary manual steps.
• Establish a consistent sales communications strategy and source of truth.
• Define productivity, adoption, and enablement metrics and use performance data to prioritize future investment.

Education
