WorkGenius Group in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Manager, Revenue Cycle to oversee accounts receivable, collections, and customer portfolios, driving proactive outreach and resolution of past-due balances.

You will monitor aging reports, analyze payment trends, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to support cash flow, month-end close, and internal reporting. This on-site role requires 2–3+ years in revenue-related functions and ERP/Excel expertise.

Qualificações

• Requirements include 2–3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, revenue cycle, or accounting, preferably within media, entertainment, licensing, content distribution, or broadcasting.
• Experience with cash forecasting, financial reporting, working capital management, and account or credit analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, revenue cycle, or accounting, preferably within media, entertainment, licensing, content distribution, or broadcasting.
• Experience with cash forecasting, financial reporting, working capital management, and account or credit analysis.
• Proficiency with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems; advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex account issues independently.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; strong collaboration skills, integrity, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset required. Spanish or additional language proficiency is a plus.
