JobScore, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee accounts receivable, collections, forecasting, and revenue cycle reporting for global accounts across its media-related businesses.

This onsite role in Los Angeles requires coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve disputes and optimize cash flow. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in revenue cycle or AR, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle or AR.
• Degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.
• Forecasting, financial reporting, and working capital experience.
• Experience with Oracle/SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and collections for assigned portfolios.
• Prepare monthly cash forecasts and variance analysis.
• Provide monthly/weekly collection reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Support month-end close and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and global teams.
