Qualifications

• Translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-level recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, BI, analytics, sales/demand planning, finance, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other BI tools.
• Experience in Foodservice channels and understanding of complex go-to-market environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Partner with leaders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement strategies.
• Manage data integration, data quality, and reporting governance for reliable insights.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of data collection and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to implement new reporting capabilities and support analytics transformation.
