You will shape the analytics strategy, mentor staff, and partner with senior leaders across finance, marketing, and operations to deliver data‑driven decisions.

The role requires deep expertise in data analytics, reporting methodologies, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science.
• 10–15 years of experience in data analysis and analytics management.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage and mentor the analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and implement the strategic vision for the Analytics function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify areas of opportunity for Analytics growth within clients and new business prospects.
• Lead and manage a group of Analysts, providing mentorship and professional development.
• Lead recruitment of less experienced team members.
• Oversee data models and analytics projects to deliver timely insights.
