Job summary

Mars United Commerce seeks a VP of Analytics to lead the Analytics function across Business Analytics, Media Analytics, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science in a hybrid New York or Chicago office.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, drive data-driven storytelling, ensure timely insights, and lead client presentations while aligning analytics strategy with client goals and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a global agency holdco environment is a plus.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate tech to business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary analytics team (Analysts, Data Scientists, Engineers).
• Elevate storytelling and insights to support client decisions and growth.
• Oversee data analysis projects ensuring timely, accurate insights.
• Develop and present high-stakes client presentations.
• Drive closed-loop measurement and privacy-safe analytics initiatives.
