The role emphasizes data fluency, cross-cultural collaboration, and the creation of scalable measurement benchmarks within a global data/consumer insights team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/business field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or market measurement with syndicated data.
• Ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Experience auditing reporting workflows and enabling automation.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Innovation, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Source Data Synthesis from NIQ, Circana, Kantar, Mintel and more.
• Create executive-ready presentations and analytical models.
• Modernize reporting and automate manual data pulls.
• Coordinate multi-market analyses for global consistency.
• Measure performance and adoptions of new product launches.
• Synthesize regional insights into global meta-learnings.
• Provide ad-hoc data pulls for senior leadership.
