Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Chicago seeks a Manager, Reporting & Analytics to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve operational performance.

You will lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of enterprise reporting, dashboards and analytics tools, partnering with cross-functional leaders to define KPIs and ensure data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-level recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, sales and/or demand planning, finance, or related analytical functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational decision making.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
• Partner with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, and measurement strategies aligned to organizational objectives.
• Manage data integration, data quality, and reporting governance processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and trust in business reporting.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives that streamline data collection, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new reporting capabilities, enhance data accessibility, and support analytics transformation initiatives.
