• 10+ years leading analytics teams in retail or marketing settings.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, and MLflow for large-scale data processing.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Analysts, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver analytics solutions.
• Elevate storytelling and insights for clients to support decision making.
• Oversee data analysis projects ensuring timely and accurate insights.
• Develop and lead high-stakes client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities in analytics.
• Support new business RFPs and pitches.
