Job summary

Mars is seeking a Manager, Reporting & Analytics to transform data into actionable business insights and drive strategic decision making across the organization. You will lead enterprise reporting solutions, governance, and analytics capabilities with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on defining KPIs, ensuring data quality, and driving automation to improve reporting efficiency and decision support. Chicago location with travel dependent on project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, BI, analytics, sales and/or finance or related analytical functions.
• Strong proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational decision making.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
• Partner with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, and measurement strategies aligned to organizational objectives.
• Manage data integration, data quality, and reporting governance processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and trust in business reporting.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives that streamline data collection, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new reporting capabilities, enhance data accessibility, and support analytics transformation initiatives.
