Mars in Chicago is seeking a Strategy & Business Analytics Manager to translate market data into strategic, executable plans. You will craft executive narratives and link strategy to financial outcomes across North America, partnering with cross-functional teams to deploy choices that drive performance.

You’ll lead rigorous analytics, storytelling, and ROI analyses using syndicated data, while shaping the North American agenda in alignment with Mars’ broader goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative field.
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Strong financial acumen and P&L literacy with data analytics using syndicated market data.

Responsibilities

Architect compelling executive narratives and presentations that distill complex data into actionable strategic choices.
Lead market, consumer behavior, macroeconomic, and competitive intelligence to evolve North American strategy.
Ensure strategic choices are grounded in long-term financial models and ROI analyses.
Facilitate leadership workshops and strategic planning with business unit leaders.
