Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in audit or transaction services.
• Strong familiarity with fundamental accounting concepts, including GAAP.
• Ability to analyze financial information and statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial due diligence projects from inception to final delivery.
• Prepare and review historical and pro forma financial analyses.
• Communicate deal risks and opportunities through presentations.
• Supervise junior staff and foster a culture of high performance.
• Conduct technical accounting research for key transaction issues.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for internal process improvement.
