Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting, audit, transaction advisory, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Analyze quality of earnings, net working capital, and net debt positions.
• Evaluate historical financial performance and identify key business drivers and trends.
• Participate in management meetings, diligence calls, and client discussions.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and client-ready deliverables.
• Identify transaction-related risks, opportunities, and proposed adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members to support clients through the deal process.
