The Channels Strategy and Experience (CXS) Chief of Staff Team supports an organization of approximately 1,000 associates within the Retail Bank’s Channels and Operations team. As a Strategic Project Manager on the CXS Chief of Staff Team, you will have the opportunity to both lead and support strategic business projects. In this exciting role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that will directly impact the Retail Bank organization. You will work with smart, talented people who will challenge you to excel. We’re seeking someone that can leverage good judgement when autonomously solving complex white space problems. This person should be highly organized with proven ability to contribute to and drive strategic projects and execute on critical business and cultural priorities. They should have a strong attention to detail and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans for large scale projects for CXS
• Manage logistics and deliver key deliverables for CXS Senior Leaders
• Provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
• Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or activate escalation as needed
• Leverage problem‑solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
