NineDot Energy is seeking a Manager, Project Finance in Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid) to lead financial modeling, debt structures, tax equity, and related financing for a growing portfolio. You will collaborate with development, legal, and exec teams to prepare capital cases.

Responsibilities include negotiating financing arrangements, coordinating with banks and consultants, monitoring performance, and producing reports.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project finance or M&A.
• Experience in the energy, real estate, tax equity, and prior project finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, presentation and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Structure, negotiate, and execute project financing arrangements.
• Develop and maintain Project Finance models to evaluate project economics.
• Coordinate with third party consultants to support financing activities.
• Review financial data and negotiate term sheets with lenders and lawyers.
• Monitor project financial performance and debt facilities’ drawdowns.
