Job summary

ON.energy is seeking a Manager to join the Corporate Development team focused on project and structured finance. You will own modeling, contracting, and lender relationships behind offerings expanding how customers deploy our technology.

This hybrid role requires 4+ years in project/structured finance or infra investing, with a track record from term sheet to close. You will work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders from our New York office, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure investing.
Demonstrated deal experience from term sheet to financial close for asset-level financings.
Expert in building and auditing project finance models (CFADS, debt sizing/sculpting, DSCR).
Strong structuring, documentation, and ability to coordinate with legal, tax, accounting, and lenders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self-starter with ownership.

Responsibilities

Own ON.energy’s project finance models end to end, incl. cash flow waterfalls and debt sizing.
Drive financial structuring of new offerings, evaluating ownership, contracting, and capital structures.
Review and negotiate financing and commercial agreements through a bankability lens.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, private credit funds, and capital markets.
