Job summary

ON.energy in the United States is seeking a Corporate Development Manager focused on project and structured finance. You will own modeling, contracting, and lender relationships behind offerings that expand how customers deploy our AI-driven power technology.

This role includes capital raising, M&A contributions, and investor materials, with a track record of taking financings from term sheet to close. Hybrid role with NY office days and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years in project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure investing at a bank, fund, developer/IPP, or advisory firm.
• Demonstrated deal experience from term sheet to financial close.
• Expert technical skills to build and audit project finance models (CFADS, debt sizing, DSCR, reserves, cash waterfalls).
• Strong command of project finance structuring and documentation including credit agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own project finance models end to end, including cash flow waterfalls, debt sizing, and returns.
• Run sensitivity and scenario analyses to inform pricing, structuring, and investment decisions.
• Translate model outputs into materials for leadership, committees, and lenders.
• Drive financial structuring of new offerings, evaluating ownership, contracting, and capital structures.
• Coordinate lending processes from term sheet to financial close, including diligence and documentation.
• Engage with legal, tax, accounting, and advisors through execution.
• Maintain lender relationships and monitor market conditions for pricing decisions.
