Job summary

NineDot Energy is seeking a Manager, Project Finance in Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid) to lead project finance activities supporting debt, tax equity, and related financings. You will build financial models, conduct due diligence, and coordinate with investment banks, developers, and legal teams to optimize capital structure for NineDot's growing clean energy portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years in project finance/M&A, strong modeling and communication skills, and fluency with Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project finance or M&A.
• Strong financial modeling, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in energy, real estate, tax equity, and project finance roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and execute project financing arrangements.
• Develop and maintain Project Finance models to evaluate economics.
• Coordinate with third party consultants for deliverables.
• Coordinate with banks to arrange syndication and raise funds.
• Review financial data, term sheets, and documentation with lenders.
• Prepare projection models and assess IRRs, DSCRs, and scenarios.
• Monitor financial performance and debt facilities' drawdowns.
