Syncarpha Capital, LLC, a New York-based private equity firm focused on solar PV and energy storage, seeks a Director of Project Finance in New York, NY (Hybrid). You will own financial closings for Tax Equity and Debt, manage cross-functional closing plans, and drive sophisticated financial modeling for solar and storage projects.

The role requires 7+ years in renewable energy finance or related fields, with a track record of leading analysts and delivering complex financings.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of renewable energy finance, M&A, or related sectors experience.
• Demonstrated success modeling transaction capital structures and financing agreements.
• Track record of managing complex projects end-to-end and leading analysts/associates.
• Strong understanding of tax equity partnerships and debt transaction structures.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own Financial Closing for all project-level Tax Equity and Debt transactions from term sheet through funding.
• Serve as internal Deal Manager, coordinating across Development, Construction, Engineering, Legal, Tax, Accounting and Operations.
• Lead project financial modeling from screening through financial close, incl. tax equity and debt structures.
• Oversee analysts/associates supporting Project Finance.
• Ensure Development/Construction deal teams have tools and data to screen new investment opportunities.
• Manage relationships with Development, Construction, Operations and Accounting teams for close.
• Lead underwriting functions including project valuation, forecasting and negotiating financing terms.
• Coordinate with Development deal teams to navigate Investment Committee and diligence processes.
