Job summary

Nexamp, a leading clean energy company, seeks a Capital Markets Analyst to support its financing transactions across distributed generation and utility-scale portfolios. You will build and refine financial models, analyze scenarios, and coordinate debt and tax equity transactions.

The role reports to the Director, Capital Markets, and offers a hybrid Boston, MA work arrangement. Prior experience in project finance and energy-related financing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in project finance, capital markets, investment banking, renewable energy finance, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience building and auditing project-level and portfolio-level models.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance project-level and portfolio-level financial models across DG and utility-scale projects through lifecycle phases.
• Perform financial analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to support investment and financing decisions.
