• Collaborate with Strategy & Business Development to drive growth initiatives.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders including international users and government entities.
• Manage budgets and contracts, including Earned Value contracts.

For our client, we are seeking a Program Management Sr Mgr - L6 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This leader will oversee complex sustainment programs from inception through completion, ensuring mission-critical services are delivered effectively across a demanding operational environment. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams, strategy leaders, customers, and government stakeholders to align execution with business priorities and customer requirements. This is a highly visible leadership position focused on driving program performance, managing contracts and budgets, and serving as the voice of the customer. The successful candidate will help advance growth initiatives while supporting long-term fleet readiness and service continuity.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $228,100 – $423,700 annually
