Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years in casino marketing or five years in casino operations.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with player-tracking systems.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred; strong public relations skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of table games and slot machines; ability to coach and develop staff.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and events.

  • Collaborate on property-wide initiatives and special events.
  • Attend and provide leadership for casino events and programs.

Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled and entertaining atmosphere.
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture by providing superior guest service and building long-lasting guest relationships.
  • Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals.
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts, including coaching, development, performance management, and day-to-day operational guidance.
  • Select, train, develop, and mentor Player Development team members through education, coaching, ongoing feedback, and corrective action when appropriate.
  • Set clear expectations for Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts and monitor performance to ensure alignment with Player Development objectives and Bally's service standards.
  • Oversee the overall execution of Player Development initiatives and strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase player club membership, guest loyalty, and casino revenue.
  • Support Slot and Table Games marketing initiatives.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement player special events.
  • Oversee host engagement with players to support relationship development, retention, and revenue-driving opportunities.
  • Ensure all guest problems and concerns are addressed appropriately, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and achieving effective resolutions.
  • Attend special events presented by the casino and provide leadership support for Player Development activities.
  • Collaborate with other casino departments to support Player Development and overall property initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Additional Benefits:
  • $7 Daily Garage Parking
Work Environment
  • Work is performed in a fast-paced casino environment with frequent exposure to bright lights, varying noise levels, and large crowds.
  • Regular interaction with guests, team members, and leadership throughout the casino and property.
  • Must be able to work effectively in high-volume and occasionally stressful situations while maintaining a professional and guest-focused approach.
  • May require working varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.
Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear.
  • Frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to sit, stoop, bend, or crouch.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
