Job summary

DoorDash’s New Verticals Central Ops team is seeking a Senior Associate to drive strategic and operational initiatives across Convenience, Grocery, Alcohol, and Retail. You will scope, go-to-market, and iterate product features, while coordinating with ML, Engineering, Product, and Data Science partners.

You will attract Dashers into shopping, build in-store tooling, and ensure right supply at the right place and time. 1–3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Love working with data and using data to drive business decisions.
• Familiar with SQL and Excel to analyze problems and tell stories.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, tech, or startups.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze: use data to drive business decisions and gather customer feedback.
• Strategize: own and deliver on improving key metrics and quarterly/annual plans.
• Lead: coordinate cross-functional work streams with engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Own: take end-to-end ownership of products and business lines.
