Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, public health).
  • 4–5 years of paid, progressive healthcare administration experience.
  • All experience must be paid and in the same related field.
  • Part-time and PRN experience prorated by hours per week.
  • Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and workflow of medical practice environments to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategic, operational, and capital plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage financial activities, including budgeting, fiscal analysis, contract oversight, and revenue monitoring.
  • Direct recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of staff.
  • Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and accreditation for clinical operations and patient care.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer service, patient satisfaction, and community outreach.
  • Utilize data analytics, health information systems, and reporting tools to drive process improvement.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among staff, leadership, and external partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
