Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead mobile home healthcare services in the DC/Maryland region. The role focuses on scheduling, intake, policy development, and ensuring high-quality patient care across a network of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mobile home healthcare services in DC and Maryland, including scheduling and intake.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, referral sources, and community partners.

• Address patient and family concerns and coordinate care with healthcare providers, physicians, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation and monitor quality assurance programs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
• Support strategic plans to grow home healthcare and hospice services, identify improvements, and collaborate with senior management on organizational goals.
