Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of mobile home healthcare services in DC and Maryland, including scheduling and intake.

  • Address patient and family concerns and coordinate care with healthcare providers, physicians, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation and monitor quality assurance programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Support strategic plans to grow home healthcare and hospice services, identify improvements, and collaborate with senior management on organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Over three years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in home healthcare or hospice services.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
