Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Manager Logistics Shared Services to lead a cross-functional team responsible for Freight Audit & Pay, Customer Billing, Yield Management, and Transportation Management Agreement administration. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery within a dynamic 3PL environment.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, manage carrier compliance, and collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Legal to finalize contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading a diverse team.
• Experience in 3PL preferred.
• Experience in process improvement strategies.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, TMS applications and billing.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership for supervisors and analysts responsible for one or more of the listed functions (FAP, Customer Billing, Yield Management, TMA administration).
• Oversees freight audit, payment activities, and billing accuracy.
• Monitors yield management to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
• Assists with TMA contract administration and coordination with Operations, Sales, and Legal.
• Ensures accurate cash applications and DSO metrics.
• Ensures carrier compliance and onboarding via automated tools.
• Prepares periodic project status reports and monthly leadership reviews.
