GEODIS seeks a Manager Logistics Shared Services to lead a team delivering Freight Audit & Pay, Customer Billing, Yield Management, TMA administration, and cash application processes. The role emphasizes compliance, SLA adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Legal.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of financial reporting and billing systems to optimize profitability and cash flow.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience leading a diverse team.
• Experience in 3PL preferred.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, TMS applications and billing.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).

Aufgaben

• Provide operational leadership for supervisors and analysts across FAP, Billing, Yield, and TMA activities.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of cash applications and DSO metrics.
• Oversee carrier onboarding, compliance, and safety documentation.
• Prepare periodic project status reports and monthly leadership reviews.
• Hire, train, and develop team; drive productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Legal to finalize TMAs.
