Opportunity at a Glance
In this position, the Manager of Learning and Development will manage the daily workflow related to the development and delivery of training and training resources. Under the guidance of the Senior Director, this individual will support the strategy around change management, training intake, and the overall direction of the Training team. This individual manages a team of Training Specialists who support training facilitation, including colleague onboarding for enrollment and student success teams.

Salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $108,334.92, with actual pay based on experience, location, and other factors.
