In partnership with the Director of Clinical Education, you'll play a key role in building and supporting our DDS Academy—a comprehensive learning curriculum for our clinicians.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Continuing Education (CE) Program Management: Lead the end-to-end administration of clinical CE programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and creating effective course marketing materials.
- Class Coordination and Logistics: Manage course registration, coordinate with vendors, act as the primary liaison for doctors, and collaborate with Finance on payment processing.
- Learning Design and Development: Create engaging learning content and other instructional materials across various modalities, including e-learning.
- Program Evaluation: Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of ROI and other key metrics to assess program impact and drive continuous improvement.
- LMS Administration: Maintain and update course content within the Learning Management System and generate reports as required.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clinicians and internal teams to ensure the delivery of impactful clinical education programs.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical education, learning & development, dental programs, or a closely related field. Proven track record in creating engaging content across multiple learning formats (in-person, online, and blended learning highly preferred).
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, capable of effectively managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clear and effective messaging.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is highly desirable.
