As a Learning and Development Manager in Norcross, GA, you will join a diverse, passionate team dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry. This position can be remote but must live and work in the US, in the Eastern or Central Time Zone only.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business and HR strategies to build organizational capabilities.
  2. Program management: Drive design, implementation, education, and evaluation of multi-year programs supporting talent strategies.
  3. Lead change management initiatives: Integrate HR strategy, culture, and values into processes and programs.
  4. Process and technology integration: Collaborate with leaders to design and implement processes and technologies supporting talent strategies.
  5. L&D consultation: Provide tailored learning solutions to internal clients.
  6. Talent management: Support talent programs and processes, including onboarding, career development, and leadership frameworks.
  7. Manage learning technologies and content: Oversee platforms like Oracle Learning Cloud, LinkedIn Learning, and others to ensure a robust learning experience.
  8. Data analysis and reporting: Assess program impact and compliance, and inform continuous improvement.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Strong collaboration with HR, business leaders, and internal communications.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and content curation skills.
  • Vendor management and external partnership skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and impact assessment skills.
  • Proficiency in HR technology, especially LMS platforms.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience; HR or Learning certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365.

Additional information: Standard work environment, primarily PC-based work, with travel required (domestic/international).
