Opportunity at a Glance
The Manager of Learning and Development will oversee the daily workflow related to developing and delivering training and resources. Under the guidance of the Senior Director, this role supports change management strategies, training intake, and the overall direction of the Training team. The manager leads a team of Training Specialists responsible for training facilitation, including onboarding colleagues for enrollment and student success teams.
The expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $108,334.92, adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors.
