  • Lead and oversee DevOps, database administration, and monitoring practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with development, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to align platform services with enterprise standards, compliance, and operational priorities.
  • Balance strategic platform planning with day‑to‑day operational support in a 24/7 production environment, including documentation, runbooks, and on‑call models.

  • Advanced experience supporting Windows Server environments; basic to intermediate Linux server administration knowledge.
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting SQL Server environments, including performance tuning and availability.
  • Experience with Redis or similar caching/data acceleration platforms.
  • Experience supporting microservices‑based application architectures.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring and observability platforms, including infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring, and code‑level instrumentation.
