• Advise senior leaders across GTO and enterprise on the right channels, timing, and content.
• Develop and socialize employee communications strategy and planning.
• Lead enterprise People Leader Communications strategy and execution.
• Partner with the Office of the Chief People Officer on strategic internal communications.
• Support organizational change and issues management as needed.
