Job summary

Motive is seeking an Internal Communications Lead (IC) to shape how we inform, align, and inspire employees across the company. This individual contributor role owns Motive's internal narrative and cadence, translating strategy into clear messaging that staff understand and remember.

You will lead flagship moments like All Hands, build multi-channel and video-forward storytelling, and partner with executives to sharpen their voice while keeping internal and external messaging aligned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in internal or corporate communications at a high-growth company.
• Strong storytelling and writing across executive messages and company updates.
• Experience producing All Hands or company-wide forums.
• Proficient with multi-channel employee engagement, including video.
• Ability to partner with Legal and Corporate Communications on sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy and cadence to align employees with company priorities.
• Own All Hands and other executive forums from narrative development to delivery.
• Develop multi-channel, video-first storytelling and channel mix.
• Manage executive messaging and leadership communications for C-suite.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, and Corporate Communications on announcements.
