Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Managers in Training to learn the WOW Operating Way and master the roles of CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator. You will complete role-based certifications and demonstrate understanding of shop processes during onboarding.

The program emphasizes hands-on training, collaboration with teams, and progression toward a senior operations role in a renowned collision and glass service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to become an expert on Gerber Collision & Glass processes and WOW roles.
• Complete CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator role-based certifications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way in onboarding.
