Job summary

altaexternalcareersite is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time role with benefits. The MIT will complete a structured training program, learn to manage daily operations, and guide a team to deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience in retail or fast food, strong coaching skills, and are capable of leading shifts including nights and holidays. A HS diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn and manage daily store operations under supervision of Store Manager.
• Direct and supervise staff and ensure customer service standards.
