Job summary

CHC Unified is seeking candidates for its Manager in Training program at Jimmy John’s locations. The program offers fast-track growth into a Manager in Training role with no prior management experience required, then promotion to Person In Charge (PIC) and beyond.

Training includes hands-on operations, profitability awareness, and leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment. After successful training, top performers move into leadership roles such as PIC and Assistant

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in Manager in Training program to learn all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Run clean and efficient shifts and ensure world-class customer service.
• Lead team members and coach performance while following procedures with integrity.
• Progress to PIC after training and pursue advancement to Assistant Manager.
