Job summary

CHC Unified, one of the largest Jimmy John’s franchisees, is seeking high-energy individuals to join our Manager in Training (MIT) program. This fast-track path can lead to an Assistant Manager role in as little as 60 days, with no prior management experience required.

As an MIT, you’ll learn all aspects of restaurant operations, from fast sandwiches and world-class service to shift leadership and store profitability metrics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and shift coverage.
• Lead shifts, train team members, and ensure customer service quality.
• Monitor cleanliness and efficiency of store operations.
• Support store profitability metrics and adherence to procedures.
