Job summary

CHC Unified, a large Jimmy John’s franchisee, seeks a energetic General Manager in Albuquerque to lead a busy sandwich shop. You’ll work with assistants to ensure fast, friendly service and a clean, inviting store.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in restaurant management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coach a team through peak hours; training during onboarding followed by raises and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to feedback and able to collaborate with the team.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead our team! In this role, you'll work closely with Assistant Managers and PICs (Persons in Charge) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
