Job summary

CHC Unified, a large Jimmy John’s franchisee, is seeking candidates for its Manager in Training (MIT) program at Jimmy John’s locations. The MIT program offers a fast-track path to an Assistant Manager role in as little as 60 days with no prior management experience required.

During training, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all restaurant operations, including sandwich preparation and customer service, with opportunities to advance as a PIC and beyond.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations during the Manager in Training program.
• Learn to prepare fast, accurate sandwiches with world-class customer service and lead shifts.
• Progress to PIC and advance toward Assistant Manager and beyond.
