Job summary

Massage Envy in Metairie, LA is seeking a dynamic manager to lead daily operations, drive memberships and retail, and coach a team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will set ambitious goals, analyze performance, provide ongoing training, and resolve issues with empathy in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• Create an environment where your team is empowered to succeed through ongoing training, clear expectations, and regular feedback.
• Act as the go-to person for both customers and team members, resolving any challenges in a professional and timely manner while maintaining a positive, therapeutic atmosphere.

Who You Are:
