Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at our location. You will drive sales, build and mentor a team, and ensure an outstanding client experience consistent with the Massage Envy brand promise.

• Experience in sales and customer service in a retail setting.
• Experience in training staff.
• Spa management experience Highly Preferred.
• Retail management experience Strongly Preferred.

As an Assistant Manager at Massage Envy, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting the General Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the location.

• Have experience at an assistant management or sales lead level
• Can motivate multiple employees in diverse fields
• Will have a successful track record in goal management
• Always displays a friendly, motivated, and sales driven attitude

Requirements

• Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting
• Experienced in training staff
• Experienced in spa management (Highly Preferred)
• Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
