Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an experienced Imaging Operations Manager to lead end-to-end onsite imaging and document conversion operations across multiple shifts at our Livermore, California site.

You will drive capacity forecasting, site financial performance, and people development while ensuring compliance with chain of custody and security controls.

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Imaging Operations Manager to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end onsite imaging and document conversion operations across multiple shifts, site financial performance and capacity forecasting, and multi-shift supervisory leadership and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and optimize day-to-day document imaging and conversion operations across multiple shifts, maintaining workflow throughput, equipment readiness, and accurate real-time capacity and volume forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and internal technical teams to support new program implementations, participate in client facility tours, and ensure clear customer communication.
• Ensure strict adherence to Iron Mountain chain of custody, information security controls, and disaster recovery processes to protect customer data and operational integrity.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of operational computer and document imaging experience, with 2 to 3 years of direct people management experience leading operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume scanning/imaging workflows, Windows environments, Google Workspace, and imaging software platforms (such as Kofax Ascent Capture).
• Proven ability in capacity planning, workflow performance analysis, budget oversight, and multi-shift team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical operations management experience).

Salary details: 108K + Bonus opportunity

Shifts: Onsite, multi-shift schedule (Monday - Friday)

Location: 6933 Preston Avenue, Livermore, CA

Identified Candidate Must Have's

• Multi-shift people leadership: Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, and managing shift supervisors and production staff.
• High-volume document imaging workflows: Hands-on familiarity with production scanners, imaging software (e.g., Kofax), and digital capture processes.
• 100% onsite availability: Ability to manage physical facilities, equipment, chain of custody, and multi-shift coverage directly at the Livermore location.

Reasonably expected salary range: $81,200.00 - $108,300.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors.
