Job summary

OBAN Corporation is seeking a Manager - Human Capital Analytics to support federal government clients. This remote role requires obtaining government security clearances and advancing analytics, metrics and process improvements across the workforce.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, presenting findings to senior leadership, benchmarking, and influencing hiring process improvements. A Master’s in data analytics or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience is required.

• Master’s degree in data analytics, statistics or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce analytics, HR metrics, automation, or process improvement.
• Experience analyzing hiring processes with time-in-stage, T2H and yield rate metrics.
• Experience developing data visualizations and executive briefings.
• Strong communication of analytical findings to senior leadership.

Job Title: Manager - Human Capital Analytics

Disclaimer: This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards. Qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. This position requires candidates to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in data analytics, statistics or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce analytics, human resource metrics, automation, or process improvement within a federal or large organizational setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing hiring processes, including time-in-stage, T2H and yield rate metrics.
• Demonstrated experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, executive briefings, analytical presentations, and summary reports using commonly available business intelligence, spreadsheet, or presentation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership using clear visual products, concise written analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Experience conducting benchmarking studies and developing actionable recommendations based on industry standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing analytical reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with federal hiring practices and relevant regulations is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience providing recurring metrics reporting, trend analysis, and performance measurement support in a federal or large organizational environment is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or Government-approved equivalent tools is preferred.
