Job summary

A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support a federal agency client. Responsibilities include staffing planning, forecasting, and data analysis. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a federal agency. Description

OBAN Corporation is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support a federal agency client. The Workforce Planning Specialist will be part of a new centralized shared services model team. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and reporting on current and future staffing needs. Other responsibilities may also include:

• Recruitment and Talent Management
• Strategic Planning
• Workforce Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within a federal agency.
• Demonstrated excellence in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning.
• Strong verbal and written skills to be able to interact with a wide variety of staff and senior management.
• Demonstrated excellence in time and project management skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and analysis skills.
• Certification as a Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP) a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
