Job summary

Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma is hiring a full-time Manager for the Household Stability program in Tulsa, OK. The role oversees case management, volunteer engagement, and program operations to promote stability for families in crisis.

You will lead staff, collaborate with partners, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with funding requirements while developing standardized practices across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related social service field preferred or 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Computer literate and experience with MS Office and programmatic database application (Apricot).
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees and volunteers.
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Ensure all employees and volunteers are properly trained in client confidentiality, safety protocols, case management practices, and program procedures.
• Assist the Director in developing, implementing, and maintaining a centralized case management program across CCEOK.
• Assign clients seeking long-term assistance to appropriate Case Managers based on client needs and available resources.
• Conduct regular supervisory meetings with Case Managers, review active cases, and provide guidance on planning, documentation, referrals, and client outcomes.
• Provide approvals for Disaster Line applicants and oversee the appropriate distribution of emergency assistance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, providing staff with direction, support, problem-solving, and opportunities for collaboration.
• Monitor program effectiveness and outcomes, collecting and analyzing data to evaluate impact and identify improvements.
• Build, recruit, develop, train, and supervise a strong team of volunteer case workers.
• Recruit and onboard volunteers based on program needs and areas of interest.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to volunteers serving in various roles.
• Develop and coordinate training to ensure volunteers understand policies and procedures.
• Match volunteers with appropriate roles and responsibilities; expand involvement.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and maintain a network of resources.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including payroll approvals, time-off requests, and performance reviews.
• Become proficient with the Apricot program and pull necessary reports.
