Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is seeking an experienced administrator to lead the hospice and home health programs, including nursing and social services. This role carries administrative authority and accountability for program operations and staff performance.

Required are 1–3 years in admin/management of home health or hospice, RN licensure eligibility in MN/SD, and a Bachelor's degree or higher. BLS within 1 week of hire, plus a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Position Highlights

This position has administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the functions and actions of the hospice and home health programs, operations, nursing staff, social service staff, and support staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervision of all Home Health and Hospice staff.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.

Education and/or Experience

One to three years previous experience in the administration/management of home health, hospice services or equivalent required. One to three years of management experience preferred. Ability to effectively communicate knowledge of regulatory standards and reimbursement processes. Preference for candidate with Bachelors or higher degree.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must have or be eligible for Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Minnesota and South Dakota. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

The pay range for this position is $83,491.20 - $133,577.60. Actual salary rate dependent upon experience.
